On October 22 at 11:00 a.m. on the quad you will be able to find out your stress level and participate in activities to help reduce your stress. There will be frisbee Tic-Tac-Toe, soccer drills, corn hole, yoga, mindfulness meditations, and music. This event is promoted by Counseling and Health Promotion Services, Student Government Association, Student Involvement and Leadership, and Wellness Center.
