BY: Kenyetta Stephens It’s Homecoming, and every year we have our annual tailgate at AUM. The tailgate started at 10 a.m. on Feb.12 and it lasted until 12 p.m. The weather was nice and bright, and many people came to celebrate. Student Affairs handed out t-shirts to everyone who attended. There were about 12 different tables with food, drinks and prizes. I was able to converse with multiple tables during that time. During this time, former students return to celebrate the existence of AUM and to reconnect with the student body, faculty and staff. This is a relief, as this will be AUM’s first homecoming since 2020, right before the start of COVID-19. BY: Jayla Brown Homecoming is officially back at AUM, and so is the tent party we all love. On February 10, 2022, the Campus Activities Board (CAB) is bringing back the infamous Tent Party: Part 2.
