The AUMnibus accepts submissions from AUM students, faculty and alumni, regardless of major. We’re especially interested in journalistic articles, photography and multimedia pertaining to AUM, but will also consider creative work in other forms. ABOUT US

Established in 1971, The AUMnibus, formerly known as The Aardvark (1970) and briefly as The Advocate (1970-71), is an editorially independent publication run by students at Auburn University at Montgomery. It has been a witness to AUM’s history since its founding.

The mission is to serve as a student writing and reporting laboratory and a platform for student expression. Additionally, it plays a crucial democratic role by ethically informing the AUM campus and community.
