K-12 Education Resource Fair

BY: Molly Gray Auburn University at Montgomery will be hosting the K-12 Education Resource Fair this year. This event will be Friday, November 15 starting at 10 a.m. in the lobby of Goodwyn Hall directly across from the Taylor Center. The K-12 Education Resource Fair is sponsored by Auburn University at Montgomery, Air University, and Troy University. What can you expect from the resource fair? You will learn about the newest and most modern education resources and programs offered in the River Region.Programs that you can expect to find there include: Yale School Rule, Lobaki Foundation, and the National Math and Science Initiative. BY: Taniya Frazier How do you know which master's program is right for you? Is it something so simple as taking a personality quiz or something more complex? What are your career goals? Your dream job will require a degree in a related field. You will need the experience to land the job. I want to be a Creative Director for Cosmopolitan women's magazine. That is my dream. Students have to factor in tuition cost, location, accreditations, and probably the most important: how much you can make with that master's degree. You should pursue a degree in a subject that you enjoy learning about. It's already bad enough that you have to stay in school longer, so make sure you're doing something that you love. AUM Grad Preview Night

BY: Molly Gray Auburn University at Montgomery is proud to host a Grad Preview Night this year. The event will be held on October 22, 2019 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Taylor Center 221-223. At this event, students will have the opportunity to learn more about the Graduate Student Program at AUM. College juniors and seniors, recent graduates, professionals who want to advance their careers, and graduates wishing to pursue a Doctoral degree are invited to attend.
