Sonni Gunnels, a former Honor student, formed the idea. Gunnels noticed that she and others were struggling towards the end of the month with food scarcity.  In 2012, she began to pass around confidential surveys to get statistics of the food insecurity around campus. In addition, he coordinates the Beer, Wine, and Food Fermentation minor and overseas the microbiology and genetics laboratories. BY: Brittany Vallely After four years being stationed on campus, the sculptures outside the athletics complex have been scheduled to be removed during winter break, according to the Department of Fine Arts. William Fenn, Chair and Associate Professor in Photography, spoke with The AUMnibus about the sculptures. He explained that the following three sculptures will be removed: “Old Soldier,” “Change of Heart,” and “The Head Shrinker.” The sculptures will be returned to the artist that loaned them, Alabama native Charles Lucas.
