Getting up early in the morning to attend classes, staying up late at night to finish homework, studying for quizzes and exams and trying to keep up with life on campus begin to become a main priority in college. Fitness Fridays on the Quad

BY: Jessica Alldredge Montgomery, Ala. – Nov. 12, 2020 – If you’re struggling to decide where to start when you’re learning how to keep fit, AUM has a great event made just for you. Student life can be busy, and you might not be sure how to fit in exercise. Never fear, AUM’s Office of Student Affairs is bringing the opportunity to exercise right to you!   AUM’s Office of Student Affairs, in partnership with the Wellness Center, is hosting Fitness Fridays on the Quad of the AUM campus. These fitness days will take place at 11am on Fridays during the month of November. They will provide a way for students to get active and get started on a fitness journey by learning about how they can get fit.
