Warhawk Academic Success Center to host “Turn Lemons into Lemonade”

MONTGOMERY, Alabama (March 6, 2023) – The Warhawk Academic Success Center (WASC) is hosting an information meeting, “Turn Lemons into Lemonade,” on March 8th from 12:15 p.m.-12:45 p.m. at Taylor Center 230 on the Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) campus. The presenter for this event will be Ar’Shundra Hampton.

The meeting is intended for students who did not perform as well as they had hoped during the Fall semester. The WASC advisors are professional staff members who can help provide guidance through a process that helps students identify a plan to increase their academic success. A primary goal of Student Success Advising is establishing connections between students and institutional academic support services. AUM understands and accepts that successful navigation of the university environment requires skills and knowledge that students gain during their time at AUM.

The Warhawk Academic Success Center is a one-stop-shop for all academic support needs, and their team members are dedicated to helping students achieve their goals. They offer free academic support in tutoring, Student Success Advising, Personalized Plan for Success, and Financial Counseling. WASC Wednesday is an opportunity for students who struggled during the Fall semester to seek advising help. If you did not do as well as you had hoped for the Fall semester, attend the information meeting on March 8th and learn how to turn your situation around.
