BY: Kenyetta Stephens It’s Black History Month, and you can’t talk about Black history without bringing up Black fraternities and sororities. The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is made up of nine Black Greek Letter Organizations (BGLOs), aka the Divine Nine. The NPHC was founded on May 10, 1930, and was incorporated in 1937. BGLOs have made significant impacts on communities, more specifically Black communities. Now through February 14, 2022, you can join the ladies of the AUM’s Nu Xi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., in giving. The ladies will be hosting a pajama drive in partnership with the St. Jude Research Hospital and LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.  The ladies will be collecting new children’s pajama sizes newborn-24 months.
