If you missed the canned food drive earlier this semester, you’re in luck. Now through February 14, 2022, you can join the ladies of the AUM’s Nu Xi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., in giving. The ladies will be hosting a pajama drive in partnership with the St. Jude Research Hospital and LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.
The ladies will be collecting new children’s pajama sizes newborn-24 months. If you are interested in participating, the collection box will be located outside Warhawk Alley in the Taylor Center. If you have any questions about donating, email nuxi1080@gmail.com
The ladies will also be hosting an eyeglass drive from February 21- March 2, 2022. Students, faculty and staff are all encouraged to participate. If you have any gently used eyeglasses at home, consider donating them to a good cause.
