You need to have a stable base in order to build a relationship, and that base needs to be healthy. Being a college student today means you have little time for relationships, so it’s good to know how to keep those relationships healthy so they last well into the future. AUM’s Counseling and Health Promotion Services will be offering a group session on Tuesdays during the month of November that will allow students to learn about relationships and how to grow them. Whether you just like well written and directed television shows or if you’re a horror fan, there’s truly something for everyone involved in this installment of The Haunting anthology. AUM’s Introduction to Meditation

BY: Jess Alldredge Montgomery, Ala. – Oct. 31, 2020 – Meditation is a helpful tool to use when trying to create inner-peace and keep yourself stable in a very unstable world. College students may find that meditation can help them focus, find better balance in an unpredictable time and provide an outlet for stress. AUM will offer a reoccurring event focused on teaching the basics of meditation to students starting Thursday, November 5 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. There are no specific requirements, and no mat is required. It won’t be specific to any religion and will be inclusive and respectful to all walks of life.
