According to Buzz Sprout, 104 million Americans listen to podcasts on a daily basis. If you’re a college student and you’re one of those millions, or even if you’re a podcast newbie, here are a few podcasts that you should be listening to.
1. Stuff You Should Know. If you’re a college student who wants to learn more about how the world works and just about life in general, this is definitely the podcast for you. Hosts Josh Clark and Chuck Bryant cover everything from tacos and jaywalking to fortune cookies and caskets. Basically, tuning in to this podcast will make you just a little bit smarter with each listen.

2. TED Talks Daily. You’ve probably seen at least one iconic TED Talk at some point in your life. TED Talks Daily presents the same types of thought-provoking conversations on a wide range of subjects in a bite-sized format. Listening to these talks will make you a more well-rounded person overall, and they’ll really make you think about things differently.

4. Bad With Money. Do you consider yourself to be bad with money? Not anymore! This podcast is great for young adults and college students who want to learn about saving, budgeting, investing and so much more. NY Times best-selling author and comedian Gaby Dunn hops on each week and facilities a conversation about managing your money.

5. Grammar Girl. Grammar rules can be hard to understand and remember. You’re not alone! All college students should tune into this podcast to pick up a few handy tips.
