BY: Taniya Frazier It’s time to dust off your favorite Halloween costume! The Waters in Pike Road is hosting the Montgomery County Witches Ride & Waters Halloween Fest. The event will be on October 29, 2019. The festival will run from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The event is free to the public. There will be local live music, food trucks, games, face painting, fun activities, and even a Witches Parade.  How about Halloween with a cause?
