River Region Prayer Walk

Looking for a way to join hands with the community? Come participate in the 8th annual River Region Prayer Walk! It is on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 8:30 a.m. at the Union Station Train Shed in Montgomery, AL. This free event is hosted by Beauty and Fire Ministries and One United Reaching (OUR) Montgomery.

The River Region Prayer Walk began in 2012 to provide spiritual community involvement. The mission is to unite citizens through prayer for government officials, community leaders, education, the military, religious groups, businesses, and community individuals.

This year, the walk will begin at the Union Station Train Shed and will go through downtown Montgomery. A praise concert will kick off the event. People who are unable to walk may participate in the prayer time at the train shed. A free meal will be provided as well as activities for families.
