Do you find yourself stressed out during this time of the year? AUM’s Counseling and Health Promotion Services is here to help you find out exactly how stressed you are. On October 22 at 11:00 a.m. on the quad you will be able to find out your stress level and participate in activities to help reduce your stress. There will be frisbee Tic-Tac-Toe, soccer drills, corn hole, yoga, mindfulness meditations, and music. This event is promoted by Counseling and Health Promotion Services, Student Government Association, Student Involvement and Leadership, and Wellness Center.
