SpringFest is a huge annual event held on campus during the spring as a last hoorah before the impending doom of finals. The event will be held on March 27, 2019 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The event will be located in Taylor Center 221-223. Admission to this event will require people to bring two items to donate to Lee County tornado victims. The event is always filled with food, fun and games. The annual event is hosted by Campus Activities Board.
This year the theme for the event is western. Go ahead and get out your cowboy boots, hat and blue jeans. There is going to be a mechanical bull ride and hog. Also, there will be a best dressed cowboy/ cowgirl contest. Get ready for a wild ride!
Campus Activities Board is a student club on campus that hosts informative and fun activities for all students. Their catchy slogan is “CAB is Life.” The current director of CAB is Selina Johnson. Her leadership team includes: Patrick Wilson, Joleesha Monroe, Courtney McDonald, Destini Sapp, Nyla Brown-Hooks.
