Montgomery Welcomes Josh Turner to the Montgomery Performing Arts Center

BY: Justin Hicks Montgomery, Alabama – February 11, 2020 – The Montgomery Performing Arts Center has announced that Josh Turner will hold a concert on April 9th. Tickets for the event are on sale now at ticketmaster.com. You can also purchase tickets at the MPAC box office.  Josh Turner is a country superstar who has been nominated for 18 awards throughout his music career. Though he has been nominated 18 times, he has only won twice.  He won the 2010 Single of the Year for his song “Why Don’t We Just Dance”. More recently, he won the 2019 Bluegrass/Country/Roots Recorded Song of the Year for his song “I Saw the Light”. AUM Tennis Welcomes Six Newcomers to the Roster for the 2020 Season

BY: Justin Hicks Auburn University at Montgomery has added six new faces to the roster for the 2020 season. The Warhawks hope that these additions will help the program excel to new heights. The newcomers include five freshmen and one transfer junior. Each one of these additions will have a strong role in the upcoming 2020 season.  Men’s Tennis  Muhamad Bedwan  Muhamad Bedwan is a freshman from Millbrook, Alabama who is majoring in kinesiology. Bedwan was born May 17, 2001 to Ashraf and Inas Bedwan. He has three older brothers: Naseim, Ammer and Amer. His brother, Amer, played tennis at Troy University.
